Overview

DarwinFPV 25/200/400/600mW VTX is a lightweight 5V FPV video transmitter (VTX) with an integrated 4-pin socket for convenient plug-and-play wiring. Output power, frequency band, and channel can be adjusted through the flight controller using SmartAudio (OSD tuning supported).

Frequency and Power Control Method

Adjust VTX frequency and power via Betaflight:

1. Connect the RX (white) line of the VTX to the TX signal line or SOFTSERIAL1 signal line of the flight controller’s spare UART port.
2. In the Ports tab, enable the TBS (SmartAudio) function for the connected port and save.
3. Enter the VTX parameter adjustment interface, choose the desired frequency and power, then select “save” to save and exit.

Betaflight VTX options shown include: Selected Mode (Enter frequency directly), Band (FATSHARK), Channel (Channel 1), Power (600), Pit Mode, Pit Mode frequency (0), Low Power Disarm (Off).
