The Hangkai Microelectronic HKV-TR-A-2 is an adjustable load cell transmitter and millivolt signal amplifier for weighing, pressure, tension/compression and torque measurement systems. It conditions a compatible external sensor signal for current or voltage output. This unit is a signal-conditioning accessory; it does not itself sense force and does not include a load cell.

Selectable Output Configurations

Current / voltage switching version: source option identifies current output and switching capability. The parameter sheet lists 4–20mA and voltage modes; confirm jumper settings and delivered configuration before wiring.
Voltage output, 0 / ±5V source notation: the saved option identifies the 5V version. Its notation does not establish whether a particular delivered setting is unipolar or bipolar; confirm the required output mapping.
Tension / compression, 4–12–20mA: the source specifies a center-current mapping; confirm zero-load position, polarity and calibration against the connected sensor.
Torque, 4–12–20mA: source torque-oriented current mapping; connect a suitable external torque transducer.

The source sheet also lists a 0±10V capability, but one voltage option has a missing range number in the saved sales label. That ambiguous option is not offered here. Do not infer a selectable 10V version from a family specification alone. A separately labeled switching option linked to a company certificate is excluded.

The unit belongs with Sensors & Measurement integration accessories. Output ranges are configuration-dependent. The source's 0± notation is retained rather than silently treating bipolar and unipolar outputs as interchangeable. No input resistance, excitation voltage, conversion rate, isolation rating, waterproof rating or communication protocol is established by the saved materials.

Terminals and Installation

Photographs show GAIN and ZERO controls, input-side S−/S+/E+/E− markings, and output/power-side I/G/V/P−/P+ markings, with KEY and LED indications. These labels are visual references, not a substitute for the delivered wiring diagram. Confirm sensor excitation, signal polarity, supply connections, output load and jumper positions before applying power. Calibration requires a suitable reference load or torque source. The illustrations show LED colors but do not establish a color-to-mode legend.
