Overview

The HDZero Rear-Mount Battery Case with SD Card Reader is a rear-mounted battery case designed to power the HDZero Goggle, BoxPro Goggle, and other FPV headsets that use a standard 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC barrel jack. Built around two Samsung 21700 cells, this smart 2S pack supports USB-C charging, continuous internal cell balancing, integrated safety protections, and a built-in high speed Micro SD card reader for quick DVR file offload.

Integrated head-strap clips let the case mount at the rear of a goggle strap to help counterbalance goggle weight for improved comfort and antenna orientation.

  • 2S1P 5000mAh pack (Samsung 21700 cells): Provides about 3 hours of runtime on HDZero Goggle or BoxPro Goggle (HDZero Mode: 2.5hr, Analog Mode: 3.5hr).
  • USB-C charging: Charges with a USB-C cable; no special LiPo charger required.
  • Continuous internal cell balancing: Balances cells continuously for long-term safety and performance.
  • Integrated Micro SD card reader: Built-in USB3.0 high speed reader (>90 MB/s) for easy DVR footage transfer.
  • Reverse polarity protection: Disables output if cells are installed backward to protect connected equipment.
  • Rear-mount strap clips: Integrated clips for mounting on the back of the goggle head strap.
  • 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC barrel output: Compatible with FPV goggles using a 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC barrel input (including HDZero Goggle and BoxPro).
