Overview

The HDZero Halo Stack is a 20x20 flight controller + 4-in-1 ESC stack built around the Halo H7 Flight Controller and the Halo 4in1 70A ESC for compact digital FPV builds. The flight controller integrates a 2.4GHz Gemini true diversity ELRS receiver (dual SX1280) and is designed for low-profile stacking with the HDZero Race v3 VTX. VTX, receiver, and ESC connections use dedicated plug-in sockets to reduce wiring and simplify assembly and servicing.

• Integrated Gemini true diversity ELRS receiver (2.4GHz) with TXCO
• No analog OSD chip (digital-focused layout)
• Switchable 9V/3A BEC for HDZero VTX, controllable via Betaflight
• 5V/4A BEC plus 4.5V/0.5A output
• ESC split-board architecture with copper bus bar, 8-layer PCB, 3oz copper per layer, and 24 MOSFETs
• ESC rating: 70A continuous per motor / 100A burst (3 seconds)
• ESC firmware options: BLHeli 32.10 or AM32 2.18 (Target: HDZ_ESC_1R0_F421)
• ESC supports 3S–8S input (DC 9V–40V), telemetry supported
