Overview
JHEMCU Ruibet F4AIO 12A is an AIO flight controller with an integrated 12A 4-in-1 ESC for 1S–2S LiPo micro quadcopter builds. It combines an STM32F411 flight controller, AT7456E OSD, and BLHeli_S ESC firmware in a compact 29×29 mm board.

ESC Setup Note (1S)
If using a 1S battery and the motor is difficult to start, try increasing the ESC starting power to a value that can start the motor (BLHeli_S / Bluejay settings screen).

The JHEMCU Ruibet F4AIO 12A combines an F411 flight controller and 12A 4-in-1 ESC in a compact AIO board for 1S–2S micro builds.


Motor pads are clearly marked (M1–M4) on the underside, with a Micro USB port for easy Betaflight setup.



At only about 4.4g, it helps keep lightweight builds responsive without giving up integrated ESC capability.

Included accessories support a clean install with power lead, capacitor, wiring, connectors, and soft mounting hardware.

For 1S setups where motors hesitate to start, raising ESC startup power in BLHeli_S/Bluejay can improve spin-up.
