The Kpower DHV840 is a DHV Series coreless servo motor for R/C cars, aircraft, robotic mechanisms, and other controlled-positioning tasks. It combines steel gears with a CNC-machined 7075 aluminum housing, a splined output shaft, and mounting tabs. Specified travel is 120° ± 2°, with stall torque of 40.0 ± 0.20 kg·cm at 7.4 V. Its three-wire lead provides the electrical connection.
Features
Coreless motor with steel gears.
CNC-machined 7075 aluminum housing.
Splined output shaft with a central threaded hole for securing an attached linkage component.
Mounting tabs at both ends of the housing.
Three-wire lead with 22 AWG PVC wiring.
900–2100 μs signal range, 2 μs dead band, and 50–333 Hz refresh frequency.

Applications
R/C car steering: Drive steering linkages through the splined output shaft, with mounting tabs for attachment to a suitable chassis bracket.
R/C aircraft control: Actuate control-surface linkages using the specified 120° ± 2° servo travel.
Robotic mechanisms: Position articulated linkages using the coreless motor and steel gear train; the voltage-specific torque and speed figures support actuator selection.
Smart-home mechanisms: Move small position-controlled linkages within the specified travel range.
Medical-device mechanisms: Provide mechanical positioning for device linkages using the tab-mounted housing and splined output shaft.
