Overview
The Kpower HC1007 is a low-profile digital coreless servo for RC-car steering and compact positioning mechanisms. Its 25 mm profile suits space-conscious installations, including 1/10-scale touring cars, trucks and buggies. Stall torque is 10 kg·cm at 6.0 V or 12 kg·cm at 7.4 V, with corresponding no-load speeds of 0.10 and 0.09 s/60°. Metal gears, an aluminum-alloy case and potentiometer feedback support controlled positioning.
Features
- Low-profile construction: 25 mm body height for compact installations.
- Digital coreless drive: a coreless motor designed for energy efficiency and long service life.
- CNC aluminum-alloy case: supports heat dissipation and durability.
- Precision metal gears: backlash below 0.5°.
- Position feedback: a precision potentiometer supports accurate positioning.
- Dual ball bearings: 2BB construction.

Applications
- RC-car steering: the 25 mm profile supports compact steering installations in 2WD and 4WD 1/10-scale on-road touring cars. Other identified uses include drift cars, short-course trucks and buggies; the voltage-dependent torque and speed figures help size the steering mechanism.
- Robot-joint positioning: potentiometer feedback and low-backlash metal gears support controlled movement in compact joints.
- Fixed-wing drone control linkages: the low-profile body and digital positioning suit compact servo-operated mechanisms.
- Industrial endoscope and smart industrial-instrument mechanisms: the compact body and position feedback support space-conscious positioning assemblies.
- Medical-device positioning mechanisms: the compact servo provides potentiometer-based position feedback for mechanism design.
Customization and Integration
Inquire about wire-length, control-type, position-sensor and travel-angle customization. Confirm the required control type when specifying the servo; PWM, TTL and RS-485 are listed control types, not additional selectable versions on this listing.
Keep operation within the 4.8–8.4 V supply range and −10 to 50 °C temperature range. Use the performance values corresponding to the stated test voltage when assessing the mechanism.
