Z-Folding Process

The Z-Folding Process Battery is described as enabling efficient high-current discharge with a higher discharge platform. Compared to the winding process battery, it is stated to deliver a 0.2V higher discharge platform under equivalent loads, 5% higher energy density in the same volume, and extended cycle life. The process also allows electrode size customization to better control battery size and shape.

Applications

  • Whoop/FPV racing drones
  • Recommended quadcopters: Meteor65, Meteor65 Pro, Air65

What’s Included

  • 5 * LAVA 1S 260mAh 80C Battery

Safety & Charging

  • Charge the new battery fully before use.
  • Only use a charger designed for lithium polymer/Li-ion battery, and never leave the battery unattended during charging.
  • Keep the battery away from flammable and explosive materials while charging.
  • Never overcharge: maximum voltage for LiPo is 4.2V per cell; for LiHV is 4.35V per cell.
  • Never discharge below 3V per cell under load.
  • Do not store fully charged batteries for more than 3 days; for long-term storage, keep 3.8V to 3.9V.
  • Do not disassemble, crush, short circuit, or expose to flame or other sources of ignition.
  • Do not use deformed or swollen batteries.
