Z-Folding Process
The Z-Folding process is described as enabling efficient high-current discharge through low internal resistance, delivering a 0.2V higher voltage under load compared to wound cells, plus 5% higher energy density within the same volume and extended cycle life. The process diagram labels include: Anode, Cathode, Separator.

Warning
- Fully charge the new battery before use.
- Only use a charger designed for lithium polymer/Li-ion battery, and never leave the battery unattended during charging.
- Keep the battery away from flammable materials while charging.
- Never overcharge. Max voltage: LiPo 4.2V per cell; LiHV 4.35V per cell.
- Never discharge below 3V per cell under load.
- Do not store fully charged batteries for more than 3 days. For long-term storage, maintain 3.8V–3.9V.
- Do not disassemble, crush, short circuit, or expose to flame/ignition sources.
- Do not use batteries that are deformed or swollen.
