Overview

The BETAFPV Pavo Pico Brushless Whoop Frame is a compact 2S sub-100 g cinewhoop-style frame platform designed for DJI O3 and other mainstream HD digital VTX options such as Walksnail Avatar and Vista (with a 20×20 mounting plate). Based on pilot feedback from earlier testing, the frame design lowers the battery slot height and adds optional camera protection and filter parts to support cleaner HD footage.

Key Features

• HD digital VTX bracket uses lightweight, tough injection-molded PP, with a structure intended to reduce VTX displacement after impacts.
• Rubber damper vibration-damping design to reduce low-frequency vibration; intended for use with GyroFlow stabilization software.
• Angle-limited lens protection printed part limits camera movement to within 30°.
• Low-profile update: HD VTX mounting bracket and whoop duct height reduced from 60.6 mm to 51.5 mm; battery slot height shown as 12.7 mm.
• DIY battery fitment: the main body can be trimmed; larger batteries may be mounted using battery straps or printed components.
• Color options shown: Transparent Blue / Black / Transparent / Transparent Grey.
• Labeled design points: split design (easy installation), camera protection, antenna holder protection.

Compatibility Notes (HD VTX)

• DJI O3: direct installation supported.
• Walksnail Avatar and Vista: require a 20×20 mounting plate and screws (included in the “With HD VTX Bracket” package).

Installation & Troubleshooting Notes (Vibration / “Jello”)

• To improve recording quality with DJI O3 HD VTX, turn off electronic stabilization and use GyroFlow stabilization software.
• When fixing the HD VTX bracket with M1.4×10 screws, ensure the nut only just touches the shock-absorbing ball; do not overtighten, to avoid deforming the rubber damper.
• If frame deformation or propeller issues cause excessive vibration, replace the affected frame/props if necessary.
• Use acetate tape to bind motor wires to prevent them from drooping into propeller rotation.
