Overview
The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 Passive Cooler is a passive heatsink designed for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5). It aids heat dissipation to help maintain CPU performance and adds mechanical protection. A thermally conductive silicone layer on the underside couples the cooler to the CM5 CPU, wireless module, and power management chip for efficient heat transfer.
Note: Passive Cooler only – CM5 not included.
