Overview

The SITO DRIVE HS-14-IV reducer is offered with speed-ratio options of 30, 50, 80, or 100 for robotic and automated-drive applications. Select the ratio according to the required torque, backlash, and motion characteristics: rated torque at a 2000 r/min input ranges from 4 to 7.8 Nm, while backlash is specified from ≤20 to ≤10 arcsec by ratio. Maximum allowable input speed is 8500 rpm for every option.

Features

  • Four selectable speed ratios: 30, 50, 80, and 100.
  • Maximum allowable input speed of 8500 rpm and allowable average speed of 3500 rpm across all ratio options.
  • Backlash specification varies by ratio: ≤20 arcsec for ratios 30 and 50; ≤10 arcsec for ratios 80 and 100.

Applications

  • Humanoid robots and exoskeletons: select an available ratio to suit joint-drive torque and motion requirements.
  • Robotic arms and quadruped robots: use the ratio-specific torque and backlash values when specifying an articulated drive.
  • AGV vehicles and ARU robots: apply the listed input-speed and average-speed limits when matching the reducer to an automated drive system.
