Overview

The SITO DRIVE HS-20-I Reducer is offered in 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120 transmission-ratio options for robotic and motion applications. At a 2000 rpm input speed, rated torque ranges from 15 to 40 Nm by ratio. Select the ratio to suit the required reduction, while comparing the corresponding torque limits and backlash specification for the chosen option.

Features

  • Five selectable transmission ratios: 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120.
  • Maximum allowable input speed of 6500 rpm and allowable average speed of 3500 rpm for every listed ratio.
  • Backlash of ≤20 arcsec for ratios 30 and 50, and ≤10 arcsec for ratios 80, 100, and 120.

Applications

Use the HS-20-I Reducer in humanoid robots, robotic arms, exoskeletons, quadruped robots, AGV vehicles, and ARU robots where a selectable reduction ratio can be matched to the required torque and backlash values. For robotic joint and arm-axis designs, the ratio-specific torque table supports selection against expected input speed and load conditions.
