Overview
BrotherHobby Returner 3-8S F722 Betaflight flight controller is built around the STM32F722RET6 MCU and supports Betaflight firmware. It integrates dual ICM-42688 IMUs, AT7456E OSD, SPL06-001 barometer, and 256M blackbox flash for flight logging. The board adopts a 6-layer design with 1OZ copper thickness and provides independent 5V/2A and 12V/2A BEC outputs.

Connection Notes (from included diagrams)
Flight controller and ESC connection
- Use the included 8-pin ribbon cable to connect the flight control and electronic control (ESC). Alternatively, solder the 8 wires directly onto the 8 pads at both ends.
- Signal definitions shown: M1/M2/M3/M4 (throttle signal input interfaces, corresponding to ESC No.1/No.2/No.3/No.4), TEL (ESC telemetry interface), CUR (current detection signal output interface), GND (ground/negative pole), VCC (battery voltage detection signal output; output specification is battery voltage).
Special precautions for SBUS receivers
- When using an SBUS receiver, the SBUS signal line must be connected to the SBUS pad on the front of the flight controller (uses serial port 2 internally).
- If using a DJI sky terminal at the same time and connecting it through the dedicated 6-pin socket on the back of the flight controller, disconnect the SBUS signal line of the sky terminal ribbon cable from the flight controller; otherwise the SBUS receiver will not be recognized normally.
- The SBUS wire head can be removed from the 6-pin ribbon cable terminal (or cut) and insulated.
Special precautions for ELRS receivers
- Suggested wiring: connect ELRS receiver TX and RX to T2 and R2.
- When using the DJI sky end at the same time, some ELRS receivers may not be recognized properly; if this occurs, disconnect the SBUS signal line of the sky end ribbon cable from the flight controller (remove or cut and insulate the wire).
