Overview
The T-Motor AT5220A VTOL Fixed Wing Aircraft Shaft Motor is a BLDC shaft motor designed for fixed-wing aircraft installations and configurations requiring a front-out or rear-out shaft mounting method. The AT52 series is suitable for 90E-140E aircraft, corresponding to a gasoline engine about 20-25CC.
Key Features
- Two mounting methods: one for fixed-wing, and another shaft output option for multicopter setups.
- Powerful output with heat dissipation structure for cooling performance.
- High-temperature (220C) wire design to improve high-temperature resistance and extend motor working life.
- Imported high-quality bearings and structural strength design for durability.
- Steel shaft design with front-out shaft and rear-out shaft to adapt to multiple installation scenarios (front of or behind the firewall; inside or outside the firewall).
- Throttle linearity, strong power, and balance for smooth flight control characteristics.

Details

T-Motor AT5230-A KV200 brushless motors feature a compact outrunner design with threaded shafts and mounting tabs for straightforward installation.

The vented motor bell design helps promote airflow around the windings for better heat dissipation during runs.

T-Motor stator windings use high-temperature (220°C) wire to support heat resistance and longer working life.

T-Motor’s “Excellent Control and Balance Experience” message focuses on smooth, balanced fixed-wing flight control.

T-Motor uses high-quality imported bearings and a reinforced structural design for durable, strong performance.

The front and rear shaft design supports multiple mounting positions on either side of an aircraft firewall.
