Overview

The iFlight AOS 4 V5 FPV frame kit is a compact 4-inch class frame (180mm wheelbase) designed for modern digital and analog FPV builds, with support for DJI O3/O4 air units and multiple stack/VTX mounting patterns. A version option may include an assembled O3 pre-install frame kit plus an O4 upgrade kit (not installed), allowing an optional upgrade path.

Key Features

  • 7075 aluminium camera cage: metal camera cage supports 14–20mm cameras and allows hard or soft mounting for Analog, WS Avatar, HDZero, and DJI camera systems; supports O3 ND filters.
  • AOS X-Cell anti-vibration mount: patent-pending anti-vibration mount for the flight control stack, stated to reduce vibrations by up to 50%.
  • Build-friendly layout: designed for easier access to screws with steel press-nuts reinforcing arm and stack mountings.
  • Flexible battery mounting: supports lengthwise or “toilet tank” battery mounting options.
  • Compatibility update: Mar. 11, 2025: frame kit updated to be compatible with DJI O4 Air Unit and DJI O4 Air Unit Pro.
