Overview

The iFlight Borg 5.8G Micro VTX & Camera is an integrated micro VTX & camera solution for racing drones, combining video transmission and an FPV camera in an ultra-compact, lightweight package (3.8g). VTX output power is adjustable to match different flying environments and regulations.

VTX Instructions

• Short press: Red (CH). The number of red LED flashes indicates the VTX channel. Short press to switch the channel.
• Press and hold for 2s: Blue (BAND). The number of LED flashes indicates the band A-R. Short press to switch band.
• Press and hold for 2s again: Green (power). The number of LED flashes indicates the VTX output power. Short press to change output power. A solid green light indicates PIT mode.
• After setting is complete, press and hold for 2s to exit adjustment mode. If no key is pressed after 10 seconds during adjustment, the system automatically exits adjustment mode and saves the current settings.

Notes

VTX is set to 25mW by default. Power levels above 25mW may require a HAM license or approval by local authorities. Ensure legal frequencies are used and apply the appropriate Betaflight VTX tables for the operating region.
