Overview

The iFlight GM5208-12 Combo Set is intended for building high-quality 3-axis camera stabilizing systems that can be mounted to UAV platforms and for building handheld camera stabilizers. This controller version is positioned as a new direction in stabilizing solutions, intended to replace a previous 8-bit SimpleBGC controller while keeping 100% back-compatibility and adding new functionality.

The set is based around the GM52 series brushless direct-drive gimbal motors (GM5208-12), described for use with DSLR cameras (including CANON 5D MARKII / MARKIII) and DSLR-sized gear, and is also referenced for large-scale multi-rotor platforms lifting Red Epic & DSLR sized payloads (listed torque reference: 4KG/cm).
