MAD 14S 35Ah is a drone solid state lithium-ion battery (semi-solid battery) designed for high energy density, lightweight UAV power, and improved safety through cell material and pack-structure design.

- Optimal density: optimize compaction density and particle size to reduce volume expansion in the late cycle.
- Custom auxiliary: optimize the weight of auxiliary materials (such as earpieces and aluminum-plastic film) to further enhance battery cell energy density according to customer requirements.
- Safety improvement (three major improvements):
- Surface flame-retardant coating: diaphragm surface coated with flame-retardant additive coating to improve safety performance.
- Electrolyte flame retardant: add flame-retardant additives to the electrolyte to reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion.
- Semi-solid system: use of a semi-solid system to help ensure cell safety.
- Pack protection:
- Lateral reinforcement: four 0.5mm thick FR4 fiberglass panels used on the outside of the pack; protection ability increased by 87%.
- Bottom strengthening: 2mm thick EVA shock-absorbing foam used at the bottom to cushion impact when the UAV accelerates rapidly.
- Appearance optimization:
- Square leveling strengthened hard-pack form; square/flat appearance with accurate outline size control.
- Cables routed in fixed positions: fixed-position design for the top cable outlet area to help control cable position and keep a smooth appearance.
