Overview
The SpeedyBee F405 AIO External BEC is a compact power module that provides a selectable 5V or 9V output (default 5V) up to 2A for external devices. Output voltage can be changed between 5V and 9V using a jump wire, or by short-circuiting the two solder pads to enable 9V output.
Key Features
- Selectable output voltage: 5V or 9V
- Default output: 5V
- Rated output current: 2A
- Voltage switching methods: jump wire switching; short-circuit two solder pads for 9V output
- Suitable examples shown: Meteor LED strips (5V), DJI Air Unit (9V)

Details

The external BEC module uses plug-in connectors and clearly labeled BAT/SBUS/9V pads to simplify wiring in a SpeedyBee F405 AIO build.

The SpeedyBee F405 AIO external BEC lets you select a 5V or 9V output using a jumper and provides labeled BAT, GND, T3, R3, and SBUS connections for wiring.

The external BEC can be set to 9V by bridging the two solder pads, making it suitable for powering devices like the DJI Air Unit.
