This ESC is specifically designed for multi-rotors and features three advanced protection systems: First, it has start-up protection, which shuts down the motor if it fails to start normally within 2 seconds by increasing the throttle value. Second, it includes throttle signal loss protection, which immediately cuts off output when the signal is lost for more than 0.25 second. Third, it features a motor lock-up recovery system, which attempts to restart the motor three times to resume normal operation if a lock-up occurs.

When using a new T-motor FLAME 280A HV ESC, please calibrate the throttle range. Additionally, if the throttle stick is not fully depressed to its lowest position, the motor may emit short beeps.

The motor did not respond when moving the stick to the bottom position, and it didn't start rapidly. When in the bottom position, the motor or throttle range may need to be recalibrated as the current range is too narrow. If the ESC beeps without an output signal, check that the throttle wire has been properly plugged into the correct channel of the receiver.
