Overview

WitMotion WTVB01 is a compact industrial vibration sensor for real-time condition monitoring of rotating machinery (pumps, fans, motors, engines, water towers, generators, centrifuges, etc.). It measures 3-axis vibration metrics (velocity, displacement, amplitude; plus angle/frequency views) and temperature, applies digital filtering, and streams data to PC software or the Android app for curve display, calibration, configuration, and data logging.
Three hardware formats are available:

  • WTVB01-485: RS485 daisy-chain, up to 32 devices on one bus; IP68 waterproof/dustproof aluminum housing.

  • WTVB01-BT50: Bluetooth LE, 50 m wireless range, multi-connect up to 4 sensors in the WitMotion Android App; Type-C charging/data cable included.

  • WTVB01M (module): TTL serial module version for integrating into your own PCB/MCU.
