Overview
The Yahboom TT DC gear reduction motor is a carbon-brush DC motor designed for smart car and robotics drive applications. It uses high-quality carbon brushes, a high-strength magnetic core, and a shielding ring; compared with ordinary motors, carbon brush motors are described as more stable for precise tracking and PWM speed regulation. Plug options include a welded XH2.54 (2-pin) terminal version or a version without plug for DIY wiring.
Key Features
- High-strength magnetic carbon brush; anti-interference design.
- High-quality copper wire with shielding ring; carbon brush material.
- Entire enclosure and reinforced connection; connecting wire external reinforcement.
- XH2.54 terminal head welded (with plug option); wire harness wrapped and reinforced as a whole.
- With plug: wire is outsourced to strengthen the connection (reduces risk of solder joint falling off).
- Without plug: no welding plug, for DIY creations by users.
- Stated advantages of carbon brush: longer service life (stated as 5–8 times that of ordinary brushless motor) and supports frequent speed changes for smoother operation.

Details

Choose the pre-wired XH2.54 2‑pin plug for quick installs, or the no‑plug version for custom wiring in DIY builds.

The plug version uses a welded XH2.54 connector and a wrapped harness for a firmer, more reliable connection.

Two bracket styles support different chassis layouts, from simple side mounting to right-angle installations.

Carbon-brush construction with copper windings and a shielding ring helps maintain stable operation under PWM control.

Key specs at a glance: 6V rated (3–6V recommended), 1:48 reduction, and 245RPM output, with clear +/− polarity.

Use the dimension drawing to confirm fit on smart car chassis plates, motor mounts, and wheel hubs before ordering.

Multiple bundles are available, including motor-only or sets with brackets and mounting screws/nuts.

A compact TT motor format makes it easy to pair with a chassis and wheels for a simple two-motor robot drive.
