Overview
The CubeMars AK80-9 V3.0 KV100 Robotic Actuator is a highly integrated actuator combining a 48V high-torque brushless DC motor, 9:1 planetary gearbox, driver board, and magnetic encoder. Delivering rated torque of 9Nm and peak torque up to 22Nm, this compact module is ideal for legged robots, exoskeletons, AGVs, and medical robotics. It supports both Servo and MIT control modes, allowing precise control of position, velocity, and acceleration with adaptive PID tuning and one-click parameter configuration.
With a rated speed of 390RPM, KV value of 100, and maximum torque density of 44.9 Nm/kg, the AK80-9 V3.0 offers high efficiency, low noise, and robust performance in a lightweight 490g design.
