Overview

The CubeMars RO80 KV105 Frameless Outrunner Torque Motor is part of the newly upgraded RO Series, launched in December 2023 after extensive market research and engineering optimization. It is purpose-built for collaborative robotic arms, exoskeleton robots, medical devices, and aerospace applications.
Compared with the previous R Series, the RO Series addresses key challenges in robot joint design — enabling compact integration while delivering higher torque output.

Key upgrades include 50% lower cogging torque, a large hollow through-hole design for flexible integration, integrated temperature and Hall sensors for real-time monitoring and precision control, and an aluminum alloy rotor housing for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The RO80 KV105 is available in Standard and Lite versions to suit different weight and inertia requirements.
