Overview
The DAMIAO DM-J4340-2EC Robot Motor integrates the motor and driver in a compact form factor for robotics applications. Dual encoders provide single-turn absolute position on the output shaft, ensuring position is retained even after power loss. The unit supports host-computer visual debugging and firmware upgrades, and communicates over CAN bus with feedback for speed, position, torque, and motor temperature. Dual temperature protection is built in. Trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration are supported in position mode.
