Overview
The DAMIAO DM-J4340P-2EC Robot Motor integrates the motor and driver in a compact form factor for robotics and automation. It features dual encoders that provide single-turn absolute output shaft position, retaining absolute position information even after power loss. The unit supports host computer visual debugging and firmware upgrades, and communicates via CAN@1Mbps with feedback for speed, position, torque, and motor temperature. Position mode supports trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration. Two nominal voltage variants are available (24V and 48V) with a 40:1 reduction ratio, 9 N.M nominal torque and 27 N.M peak torque, 36 RPM nominal speed, and a lightweight 57mm x 56.5mm body at 375g.
