Overview
DarwinFPV “Cement” Ultra Durable Waterproof Stack combines an F4 or F7 flight controller with a 100A 4-in-1 ESC, designed for improved reliability in dust, rain, snow, and other harsh flying environments. The stack uses a glue-filled, impact-resistant waterproof treatment, removes easy-to-loosen direct socket interfaces, and integrates multiple hardware protection circuits while keeping a standard 30.5 x 30.5 mm mounting pattern.
Key Features
- IP67 dustproof and waterproof: rated for immersion in 0.5 m water depth for 30 minutes without damage.
- Multiple protections: soft start protection, reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, and over temperature protection.
- Optional gyroscope: MPU6000 or ICM42688 (as specified for the FC).
- ESC “sandwich” stacking scheme: greater overcurrent capability, stronger heat dissipation, and higher space utilization.
- 128KHz dynamic PWM output (ESC supports 16–128KHz PWM switching frequency; dynamic/automatic adjustment).
- Onboard black box: 4G (F7 FC) / 16M (F4 FC). (Manufacturer notes the 4G black box can continuously record nearly 8,000 flight data entries.)
- Onboard Pit Switch module (exclusive to F7 flight controller): VTX can be turned on/off through remote control to help prevent VTX overheating during parameter adjustment.
- Onboard multi-level LED indicator lights for quick inspection of flight controller operation status.
- Component callouts (ESC): Toshiba high quality MOS, Murata high temperature resistant ceramic capacitors, Panasonic high-frequency low resistance electrolytic capacitors, American DIODES TVS protection diode; TG180+ via plug copper paste + 3oz copper thickness + 6-layer HDI PCB.
