Overview
The FLYSKY PR02 ELRS Receiver is a compact 16-channel 2.4GHz ExpressLRS micro receiver designed for FPV racing drones, fixed-wing aircraft, gliders, helicopters, RC cars, boats, robots, and other RC models. It supports Antenna Diversity, True Diversity, and Gemini modes, helping reduce signal blind spots and improve link reliability during long-range or high-interference flights. With two T-shaped button antennas, integrated high-performance LNA, dual TCXO temperature-compensated crystal oscillators, CRSF/S.BUS output, 4.5–12.6V DC input, and up to 500Hz/F1000Hz/D500Hz refresh rate, the FLYSKY PR02 2.4GHz ELRS receiver provides stable control and telemetry performance in a lightweight 4.55g design.
Key Features
2.4GHz ExpressLRS Protocol
The PR02 is compatible with all ELRS protocol transmitters and RF modules, making it suitable for pilots using modern ExpressLRS radio systems. It provides low-latency, high-refresh-rate communication for FPV drones and other RC platforms.
True Diversity and Gemini Mode
This FLYSKY PR02 receiver supports Antenna Diversity, True Diversity, and Gemini transmission modes. True Diversity helps reduce body blocking and antenna angle blind spots, while Gemini mode allows dual 2.4GHz RF receiving for stronger anti-interference performance and more reliable long-distance control.
Dual T-Shaped Button Antennas
The receiver includes two T-shaped button antennas for wider signal coverage. The buckle-style dual T antenna design helps improve reception range and provides more confidence during long-range flying.
250mW Telemetry Return Power
With 250mW telemetry return power, the PR02 can send telemetry data such as voltage, GPS, RSSI, SNR, and link quality more reliably during long-distance operation.
Integrated High-Performance LNA
The built-in LNA improves receiver sensitivity and enhances weak signal reception, helping maintain a stronger control link in demanding RC environments.
TCXO Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator
The PR02 uses high-precision TCXO temperature-compensated crystal oscillators to improve frequency stability. This helps maintain stable signal quality under temperature changes.
Wi-Fi Firmware Update
The FLYSKY PR02 supports firmware updates through Wi-Fi or wired serial connection. Users can upgrade firmware without extra wiring for normal Wi-Fi updates, making future function improvements easier.
U-Shaped Solder Pads
The receiver uses U-shaped solder pads for easier, stronger, and more secure soldering. This structure helps reduce soldering difficulty during installation in compact FPV drone builds.
