Overview

The HDZero AIO5 is the world’s first digital video all-in-one (AIO) board designed for 65mm whoops, allowing your build to weigh less than 19.4g while delivering crystal-clear HDZero video. Integrating an F4 flight controller, 5.8GHz HDZero VTX, SPI ExpressLRS 2.4GHz receiver, 4-in-1 BLHeli_S ESC, and a 5V 1A BEC, it redefines ultra-light digital FPV performance.

With an improved minimum voltage of 2.5V, video transmission remains active even when the motors stop, ensuring a reliable HD feed until the last second. Built on a single thick PCB, the AIO5 is more durable and easier to assemble than stacked boards—making it ideal for Bind-N-Fly 1S whoops.

Developed in collaboration between Happymodel and HDZero, the AIO5 is available from major FPV retailers and official stores worldwide.

ELRS antenna pre-soldered, close to board for low profile. Lift antenna at least 3mm for optimal performance. Incorrect and correct setups illustrated.

VTX antenna must be mounted outward on HDZero AIO5 to prevent video noise from RF signal feedback. Correct orientation ensures optimal performance.
