Overview

The Hobbywing V8017 160KV IPC motor is designed for 28~40kg VTOL fixed wing drones. It is specified with max thrust up to 22.5kg, and a load performance figure lists maximum thrust up to 22.7kg. An optional IPC (intelligent propeller control) version can be used with Hobbywing IPC ESCs to adjust propeller stop position to reduce forward-flight drag and increase flight time.
