Overview

The Inspire Robots EG2-4C2 Electric Gripper is a high-precision, lightweight two-finger gripper designed for robotic automation applications. It adopts an innovative linear mechanical linkage design, integrating drive and control in one compact module. Compared to the EG2-4B2 model, the EG2-4C2 provides a higher maximum gripping force of 20N (vs. 15N), slightly heavier weight (231g), and different motion performance (slower speed but stronger force). With features such as force control, position control, large stroke, and power-off self-locking, the EG2-4C2 is an excellent choice for industrial and collaborative robots requiring reliable and precise gripping performance.

Key Features

  • Drive & Control Integrated Design – Simplifies deployment, reducing external wiring and hardware.

  • Force Control & Position Control – Adjustable gripping force from 0–20N with ±1N accuracy; positioning accuracy ±0.5mm.

  • Large Stroke – 70mm stroke for versatile handling of objects.

  • Enhanced Gripping Strength – Up to 20N maximum force, suitable for heavier or more secure clamping tasks.

  • Lightweight & Compact – 231g total weight, optimized for robotic arms and space-constrained environments.

  • Power-Off Self-Locking – Ensures safety and object retention during power failures.

  • Durable & Reliable – IP40 protection rating and 0–40℃ working temperature range.
