ESC Line Sequence Diagram details wiring connections: JR Plug Male, 12#AWG red and black silicone wires for input power, 14#AWG black wire for output, five-core shielded signal cable. Wire lengths specified for input, output, and signal.

Connection diagram illustrates ESC PWM signal line, data cable, power cable, and motor cable. ESC cable sequence includes power, GND, throttle, 5V supply, and data output signal cables.

ESC PWM Travel Calibration involves ensuring consistent throttle stroke and freewheeling mode settings to prevent crashes. Use a suitable power supply for testing. Connect motor, ESC, flight control/receiver, and battery as shown. Black/white cable is PWM throttle; green/red/yellow is serial port data output.

Step 2: Parameter setting operation method. Warning! Remove the propeller when calibrating the throttle stroke to avoid accidents. Turn on remote control, push throttle stick to highest point, ensure communication is normal. Motor chirps in sequence for calibration. Settings completed; ESC is ready. ESC Protection Function: Move throttle stick to lowest point. Motor beeps "ding," indicating ESC readiness.

ESC Protection Function includes stall, short circuit, throttle loss, and power-on detection. It restarts motors, shuts down outputs for faults, and resumes operation when issues are resolved. Self-diagnosis detects over/undervoltage, throttle loss, MOS short circuits, ensuring safe operation.

Beep Tone Description: Motor beeps "ding, ding, ding" for throttle not returned to zero; "ding-" and loops short beeps for throttle lost; "ding-ding-" in two-beep cycle for ESC voltage too low (<20V); "ding-ding-ding-" in three-beep cycle for ESC voltage too high (>63V).
