Overview

The MatekSys PM12S-4A Power Module is a dual step-down regulator module with a wide 9V to 55V operating input range (9-55V DC IN, 3-12S LiPo) and TVS protection. It provides two independent regulated outputs: OUT-1 (selectable Vx: 5V / 6V / 7.2V / 12V, 5V default) with PWM-controllable ON/OFF, and OUT-2 (fixed 5V).

Settings

Set the OUT-1 (Vx) voltage

• Output voltage indicators: 5V Red, 6V Green, 7.2V Green, 12V Blue
• Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to enter the setting of the OUT-1 voltage.
• The LED on the current output voltage will blink; press the button to choose between 5V (Red), 6V (Green), 7.2V (Green), 12V (Blue).
• The value will be saved if no button action within 3 seconds.

PWM control (OUT-1 ON/OFF)

• PWM Freq & Range: 50Hz-330Hz, 900-2100
• OUT-1 default output is ON if no PWM signal connected.
• Connect the PWM pin and GND to a spare PWM channel on the receiver or flight controller.
• OUT-1 turns OFF when the auxiliary switch PWM value becomes higher than 1800; it turns ON when the value falls below 1200.
