Overview
The BetaFPV Matrix 1S Brushless Flight Controller is a 1S whoop flight controller platform offered in two versions: Matrix 1S 3IN1 (FC + ESC + onboard Serial ELRS 2.4GHz RX; no analog OSD) and Matrix 1S 4IN1 (adds Betaflight OSD and solder pads for an external analog VTX). It uses the STM32G473CEU6 MCU and a cross-style board layout, and is designed for straightforward installation on 1S micro builds.

Important: Starting Jan 5, 2026, the 3IN1 FC is stated to ship with a BMI270 gyroscope. Verify the gyroscope version before flashing firmware. The Matrix 1S 3IN1 and 4IN1 require different firmware.
Note: Avoid flashing ESC firmware with a shorter interval; it is stated this may increase the chance of stalling and damaging the flight controller.
