Overview

The OVONIC 3S LiPo battery pack set includes 2 batteries rated at 11.1V, 7200mAh, and 130C, supplied with an EC5 plug for high-current RC power systems. It is intended for many 1/8 and 1/10 scale RC cars, trucks, and buggies where the battery dimensions and connector type match.

Key Features

  • High output for RC driving: 130C discharge rate with 3S (11.1V) configuration for strong acceleration and consistent power delivery.
  • Extended runtime: 7200mAh capacity per pack.
  • Ready-to-connect: EC5 main connector and JST-XHR-4P balance connector.
  • Heavy-duty leads: 12 AWG wire gauge.
  • Cell construction claim (from product graphics): “Stacking Technology” is stated to provide +6% higher energy density, +12% longer running time, -8% lower battery swelling, and -4% lower internal resistance versus “Winding Technology”.

Charging & Safety Notes

  1. Ensure compatibility with both the battery voltage and plug specifications before use.
  2. Cease charging immediately upon reaching 4.2V per cell (normal voltage range: 3.7V to 4.2V).
  3. Inspect battery condition before each use.
  4. If a new battery does not hold a full charge or loses charge rapidly, use a balance charger and cycle it several times.
  5. For additional guidance, refer to the manufacturer’s safety page: Battery Safety Information.
