Overview

reComputer J2022 (w/o power adapter) is a compact Edge AI Computer built around the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX 16GB module. It delivers up to 21 TOPS AI performance with low latency, and comes pre-installed with JetPack 4.6.1 on a 128GB NVMe SSD. The system integrates the J202 carrier board, active cooling fan, and aluminum enclosure. Rich I/O includes 4x USB 3.1 Type-A, USB Type-C (device mode), HDMI, DP, CSI camera connectors, Gigabit Ethernet, CAN, GPIO via a 40-pin header, M.2 Key E for Wi-Fi expansion, and M.2 Key M for SSD. The enclosure supports desktop and wall mounting. Dimensions: 130mm x 120mm x 58.5mm (with case).

Note (GPIO): Using GPIO libraries that cause floating voltages between 1.2V and 2V may lead to GPIO issues on the carrier board; normal voltage should be 3V.

Note (SSD compatibility): For optimal performance, use 128GB / 256GB / 512GB / 1TB NVMe SSDs from Seeed. Some SSDs may only be compatible with specific JetPack versions and can cause malfunction; this issue may also occur with official NVIDIA dev kits.

Multi-stream AI Video Analytics

Jetson Xavier NX integrates the NVIDIA Multi-Standard Video Decoder to accelerate video processing across SD, HD, and UltraHD (8K, 4K, etc.), enabling efficient multi-stream analytics with NVIDIA DeepStream and related toolchains.
