Overview

The reComputer J401 is an open-source Carrier Board designed for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano/Orin NX modules. This carrier board breaks out the SoM interfaces to high- and low-speed connectors, enabling rapid development and scalable deployment for edge AI. It supports expandable storage and wireless options, rich I/O including USB, HDMI, CSI camera inputs, and a 40-pin expansion header. Design files are open-source and prepared in Cadence Allegro 17.4. Note: this variant ships without a power adapter; for the version with adapter, see reComputer J4012.
