Overview
The Flywoo TCXO 2.4G ELRS receiver (EL24E / EL24P) uses a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) to improve the accuracy of the MCU clock frequency, helping enhance RC link performance and reliability. It is designed for low latency and high refresh rates, and supports WiFi upgrade.
Two antenna versions are available: EL24E with a built-in SMD (onboard) antenna, and EL24P with an IPX/IPEX connector for an external dipole (T-type) antenna. Both versions are based on the ESP8285 MCU and use an SX1280 (or SX1281) IMLTRT RF module.

Wiring & Betaflight Setup (CRSF)
Receiver wiring to FC
- R pad -> FC TX
- T pad -> FC RX
- + pad -> 5V
- - pad -> GND
Betaflight configuration
- Enable the corresponding UART as Serial RX in the Ports tab (example shown: UART2). The UART speed shown is 115200.
- In the Configuration tab: set Receiver Mode to Serial (via UART), then choose CRSF as the serial receiver protocol/provider.
Binding Notes
- Plug and unplug the Lite receiver three times.
- LED blinks rapidly twice to indicate the receiver is in binding mode.
- Put the RF TX module / wireless transmitter into binding mode and send a binding pulse.
- Steady LED indicates the receiver is bound.

Details

The Flywoo ELRS 2.4G TCXO receiver uses a compact 1cm x 1cm board with onboard antenna and clearly labeled R/T/+/- pads for simple wiring.

Flywoo 2.4G ELRS receivers are available with a built-in antenna for simple installs or an IPX connector for an external antenna setup.

The Flywoo 2.4G ELRS receiver uses a compact 1cm x 1cm board and ultra-light 0.44g weight for easy installation on small builds.

The ELRS EL24E receiver uses an ESP8285 main control chip on a compact TCXO-marked PCB with clearly labeled solder pads.

The built-in TCXO (temperature-compensated crystal oscillator) is designed to help keep the receiver’s timing stable as temperatures change.

ELRS EL24E connects to the flight controller via UART (R→TX, T→RX) with 5V and GND, then set Serial RX on the chosen UART and select CRSF in Betaflight.

The Flywoo ELRS EL24E receiver layout labels the GND/VCC/TX/RX solder pads along with the boot button, LED, and onboard antenna for straightforward wiring and binding.

The Flywoo 2.4G ELRS receiver kit includes the ELRS body, transparent heat shrink tubing, a silicone cable, a Flywoo sticker, and a T-type antenna for the IPX external-antenna version.
