iFlight AOS 3.5 V5.1 FPV Frame Kit

Overview

The iFlight AOS 3.5 V5.1 FPV frame kit is designed for builds using up to 3.5" propellers and supports multiple HD FPV system installation options, including DJI O3 and DJI O4 series air units.

Changelog

• Mar. 11, 2025: Frame kit updated to be compatible with DJI O4 Air Unit and DJI O4 Air Unit Pro.
• February 5, 2026: Upgraded to V5.1 with improved interlocking arm geometry and a central spine to reinforce the arms and further stiffen the flight controller mounting.

Notes

• Manufacturing tolerance: thickness +/- 0.2 mm; hole size +/- 0.1 mm.
• If the ESC does not fit properly due to the capacitor, remove the capacitor on the ESC for installation and connect an extra capacitor (recommended: 50V 470 uF / 35V 470 uF).
