This Speed Controller (ESC) is specifically designed for multi-rotors and features several protection mechanisms: Firstly, Start-up Protection ensures that the ESC shuts down the motor if it fails to start normally within 2 seconds. Secondly, Throttle Signal Loss Protection detects when the signal is lost for more than 0.25 second and immediately cuts off the output. Additionally, Motor Lock-up Protection attempts to restart the motor up to three times if lock-up is detected, allowing the ESC to resume its normal operation.

Upon installing a new FLAME ESC, it is recommended to calibrate the throttle range. Additionally, if the throttle stick is not fully depressed (pushed to its lowest position), the motor may produce brief beeping sounds.

When the motor doesn't beep when moving to the bottom position on the throttle stick, it may be because the range is too narrow. In this case, recalibrate the throttle range or check if the throttle wire is properly plugged into the receiver channel. If there's still no output signal from the ESC (Beep), ensure that the throttle wire has been correctly connected to the correct channel on the receiver.
