Overview

WitMotion SINRT is a relay-output dual-axis inclinometer / tilt switch designed for angle monitoring and alarm control from 0 to ±90° on X and Y axes. It integrates a core tilt sensor with a high-reliability relay stage (default normally-open, NO) and supports RS232 or TTL configuration. The sensor features IP67 protection, wide supply 9–36 V DC, 0.01° resolution, 0.1° full-range accuracy, and high vibration resistance (>3500 g), suitable for harsh industrial environments and platform-level safety alarms.

Key Features

  • Dual-axis inclination monitoring: 0 ~ ±90° (X, Y).

  • Settable alarm threshold (factory default 10°; user-configurable via RS232/TTL).

  • Relay output (default open; NO/NC selectable).

  • Precision & resolution: 0.1° accuracy, 0.01° resolution across the full range.

  • Power & environment: DC 9–36 V, –40 ~ +85 °C operating, IP67 ingress protection.

  • Ruggedness: >3500 g impact resistance; 10 grms, 10–1000 Hz anti-vibration.

  • Compact size: approx. 90 × 40 × 29 mm enclosure; 1 m shielded lead.

Typical Applications

  • High-voltage wire-rod / utility pole angle monitoring

  • Hydraulic lifts, aerial work vehicles, pan/tilt heads

  • Satellite/solar antenna positioning

  • Medical equipment tilt alarms

  • Construction machinery angle control and general tilt-based monitoring

Installation Guidance

Mount the sensor so its base is parallel to the measured surface. It supports horizontal installation or vertical installation (single-axis X or Y optional). Observe the axis markings (±X, ±Y) in the diagrams to align with your platform’s tilt directions.

Model/Variant Notes

  • You may see “SINRT-232 (1-meter cable)” labeling for the RS-232 version; core specs remain the same (dual-axis, relay output, IP67, ±90° range).

  • Default alarm threshold is 10°, adjustable via RS232/TTL.
