Safety & Storage Guidelines
-
For long-term storage (over 3 months), keep the battery in a dry, cool place and perform a full charge–discharge cycle about every 3 months to maintain stability.
-
Avoid over-charge and over-discharge, which can cause swelling and capacity loss.
-
Keep the battery away from water, fire and heat sources during use, storage and charging.
-
Use only dedicated lithium battery chargers and never charge the battery unattended.
-
Observe correct polarity at all times and do not short-circuit the terminals with metal objects.
-
Do not drop, crush, puncture, disassemble or modify the battery.
-
If abnormal smell, heating, discoloration or deformation occurs during use, storage or charging, stop using the battery immediately and remove it from the equipment or charger.
-
Ensure the terminals are clean and dry before connection; dirty or loose terminals may cause poor contact and malfunction.
