Charging & Safety Notes

  • Do not overcharge more than 4.2V per cell.
  • Do not discharge below 3.7V per cell.
  • A new battery typically reaches best performance after 2–3 complete charge/discharge cycles.
  • If the pack will not hold a full charge or loses charge quickly, use a balance charger to cycle several times.
  • For most LiPo batteries, the safest charge rate is 0.5C–1C.
  • Optimum voltage for long-term storage is 3.85V range per cell.
  • Use of a balance charger is recommended for battery longevity.
  • Do not leave the battery unattended while charging.
