The ZYE 4S HV 15.8V 6500mAh Solid State LiPo Battery is a compact, high-energy-density power solution designed for UAVs, fixed-wing aircraft, VTOL platforms, robotics, and other weight-sensitive electric systems.

Built with high-voltage solid-state lithium cell technology, this battery provides a 15.8V nominal voltage, 6500mAh capacity, and approximately 102.7Wh of nominal energy. Its specific energy reaches approximately 263Wh/kg, helping increase operating time while keeping the battery weight at around 390g.

The battery is rated at 5C continuous discharge, providing up to 32A continuous current, and supports a 10C peak discharge current of 65A for no more than 2 seconds.

Charging and Usage Notes

  • Use only a charger compatible with 4S HV lithium batteries.
  • The maximum charging voltage is 17.8V, equivalent to 4.45V per cell.
  • Standard 4S LiPo chargers limited to 4.20V per cell will not fully charge this battery.
  • Confirm that the ESC, motor, voltage regulator, power distribution board, and other electronics support a fully charged voltage of 17.8V.
  • Do not exceed the specified 32A continuous current.
  • The 65A peak current is limited to no more than 2 seconds.
  • The recommended return voltage is 14V. Avoid excessive discharge below the manufacturer’s specified level.
  • Charge only within the specified temperature range of 10°C to 45°C.
  • Always use balance charging and monitor the battery during charging.
  • Do not charge or use a swollen, punctured, damaged, leaking, or overheated battery.
  • Store the battery in a cool, dry, fire-resistant location.
