Overview

The HGLRC Sector D5 FR is a 5-inch freestyle FPV frame kit designed for Sector D5 Analog/HD and DJI O3 Air Unit builds (FPV Frame). It uses 3K carbon fiber plates with CNC aluminum side/head parts and 3D-printed components, and features replaceable arms for faster maintenance.

Assembly Notes (from included diagrams)

• Fix the arm limit plate above the base plate and place the arm.
• Fix the base plate, arm, and centre/middle plate with screws (diagram references include M3*16 and M3*10).
• Fix the base plate protection sleeve with M3*8 screws; install the CNC head aluminum parts and side plates.
• Fix the hexagonal aluminum post with M2.5*25 screws and M3*25 aluminum post, then install the antenna mount.
• Install the dustproof belts/straps.
• Install the top plate; fix the Gopro mount and GPS mount with screws (diagram references include M3*8 and M2.5*14).
• Fix the DJI O3 air unit VTX mount with M3*12 screws.
• Fix the XT60 power cord and fixing mount with M3*16 screws.
