Overview
The Kunwei KWR65-ET series is a six-axis force/torque sensor for robotic force measurement and load monitoring. Its circular aluminum-alloy body measures 65 mm in diameter and 10.6 mm high, with a 1000 Hz sampling frequency. Three versions—KWR65C-ET, KWR65K-ET and KWR65G-ET—provide different force and torque ranges, supply-voltage requirements and measurement specifications, allowing selection according to the loads and electrical requirements of the installation.
Features
- Measures force along Fx, Fy and Fz and torque about Mx, My and Mz.
- Low-profile circular body with central and peripheral mounting holes and a side cable exit.
- Aluminum-alloy construction with an anodized finish on KWR65C-ET and an electropolished finish on KWR65K-ET and KWR65G-ET.
- All three versions specify 0.03% FS resolution, 1000 Hz sampling and IP64 protection.
- Three selectable versions provide distinct measurement ranges, overload levels, repeatability, accuracy, weight and supply-voltage ranges.

Applications
- Robotic contact-load measurement: Measure forces and moments at a robotic arm or mechanism interface to assess loads during contact and handling tasks. The 10.6 mm body height helps accommodate installations with limited axial space.
- Assembly-load monitoring: Measure forces and torques during positioning or insertion tasks to assess contact loading across six axes. Select the version whose individual force and torque ranges suit the task.
- Force and torque testing: Record multidirectional loading at a 1000 Hz sampling frequency for analysis of mechanical interactions. Use the version-specific resolution, repeatability and accuracy specifications when planning measurements.

FAQ
How do the three measurement-range options differ?
KWR65C-ET provides 150 N Fx/Fy, 300 N Fz and 12 N·m on all torque axes. KWR65K-ET provides 500 N Fx/Fy, 1000 N Fz and 150 N·m on all torque axes. KWR65G-ET provides 2500 N Fx/Fy, 5000 N Fz, 200 N·m Mx/My and 100 N·m Mz. KWR65G-ET therefore has the highest force ranges, but KWR65K-ET has the higher Mz range.
Do all versions use the same power supply?
No. KWR65C-ET specifies 9–24 V DC, while KWR65K-ET and KWR65G-ET specify 12–48 V DC.
