Overview

The ASAIR AF2603R20 digital force transmitter conditions the small bridge signals from compatible force sensors and load cells, providing a local TFT readout and industrial signal interfaces. It combines amplification, linear correction and compensation with two-point or five-point calibration for weighing and force-monitoring systems.

The acquisition rate and output update rate describe different stages: up to 1000 Hz acquisition does not mean 1000 output updates per second. Match the required analog output format, sensor sensitivity, excitation and wiring before integration. The listed analog formats are configuration-dependent and are not a promise that every format is available simultaneously.

Configuration and Installation

Connect a compatible bridge sensor and 10–30 VDC supply using the correct terminal assignments. Confirm excitation requirements before connection, select the matching signal format and set the Modbus address and baud rate. Calibrate the complete sensor and transmitter assembly with suitable reference loads.
