The Hangkai Microelectronic HKVL-63E is a high-range six-axis force/torque sensor with integrated signal electronics and four external mounting lugs. It measures Fx, Fy and Fz alongside Mx, My and Mz for robotic contact-force measurement and industrial test integration.

FS means full scale. The source sensor option is simply labeled 63E, without a delivered interface or sample-rate suffix. Confirm the selected electrical configuration before integration; these interface capabilities do not mean that every interface is included at once. The source marketing mentions temperature resistance but provides no numerical operating-temperature limits or IP rating.
Mounting Reference
The supplier drawing distinguishes the 63mm main body from the projecting mounting lugs: its face view shows a 77mm overall callout and a 67mm mounting-center span. The side view marks 17.50mm thickness and a 5.50mm lug-area thickness. The sensing face shows six M5 holes marked 8mm deep, a Ø22mm pitch-circle callout and two Ø2.51mm holes marked 6mm deep. The rear view includes two Ø2.51mm holes marked 5mm deep and four Ø5.50mm through holes. See the actual face-specific drawing before machining: do not substitute the round body diameter for the complete mounting envelope.
Options and Package Contents
- 63E sensor: one force/torque sensor with integrated signal electronics.
- RS485-to-USB adapter only: separate PC connection accessory, no sensor.
- CAN-to-USB adapter only: separate PC connection accessory, no sensor.
The two adapter options share the original adapter photograph. Match the adapter to the delivered sensor interface. A CAN-to-USB option does not by itself establish CAN-FD support. Multiple sensor photos show different views, not a multi-sensor pack.
