7.4V Performance Test
The following reference points were measured at 7.4V in the marked CCW direction. No-load,stall,maximum-efficiency and maximum-output conditions are separate operating points. These7.4V results must not be treated as measured11.1V load performance.
| Operating condition | Reference values |
|---|---|
| Test supply / direction | 7.4V DC /CCW |
| No-load speed/current | 35000 rpm /1.700 A |
| Stall torque/current | 1371.54 gf·cm /70.00 A |
| Maximum-efficiency point | 30281 rpm;10.91 A;184.92 gf·cm;57.43 W output;71.17% efficiency |
| Maximum-output point | 17500 rpm;35.85 A;685.77 gf·cm;123.15 W output |
The123.15W figure is the maximum-output test point, not a continuous output rating. The70A stall-current reference is a limiting condition, not an acceptable running load. Avoid stalled or overloaded operation and use wiring, switching and a power source matched to the actual motor current.
Shaft Fit and Wiring
Check the selected shaft drawing before fitting a pinion or coupler. The round version shows a 14 mm projection;the D-shaft version shows15 mm and an 8 mm flat-length reference. Their can-length,overall-length and diameter references also differ slightly. Do not apply the D-flat dimensions to the round shaft.
Follow the RED+ terminal mark and the drawing's viewing orientation for the CCW reference. Red and black soldered leads are included only on named lead options. Each lead assembly uses 15 cm AWG16 wire and bullet connectors. Motor-only options retain bare terminals.
Cooling and Installation
High-speed operation produces heat quickly. For compatible model-car installations, use the optional heatsink and suitable airflow, and monitor temperature during operation. Extended operation without adequate cooling can damage the motor. A heatsink does not establish a continuous-power or temperature guarantee. Keep mounting hardware clear of the rotor and use the selected drawing's mounting and screw-depth references.
Applications
Compatible model-car and compact high-speed drive projects where the shaft, voltage, speed, current and cooling arrangements fit the mechanism. The selection does not include a gearbox or pinion.

FAQ
Are the round and D-shaft versions dimensionally identical?
No. Their shaft projection and drawing references differ. Use the selected shaft's complete drawing.
Is123.15W a continuous output rating?
No. It is a maximum-output test point at 7.4V. Continuous suitability depends on load, cooling and current.
Do the 7.4V test values describe11.1V operation?
No. Only the 53000 rpm no-load reference is provided at 11.1V. The detailed load test is at 7.4V.
Which options include bullet-connector leads?
Only the options named with soldered leads. Their red/black lead assembly is 15 cm AWG16.
Does every option include a heatsink?
No. Select a heatsink option for the blue finned clip-on heatsink and provide appropriate cooling for the application.
